Drivers can find useful and enlightening video clips that will help hone their driving skills . Over 50 educational video clips that range from one to five minutes with new drivers in mind. These are a great compliment to the California Drivers Handbook and brings the information written in the handbook to life.

The new Wireless Communications Device Law (effective January 1, 2009) makes it an infraction to write, send, or read text-based communications device, such as a cell phone, while driving a motor vehicle.
